Coaches Circle

The Purpose

Excellent college head coaches are difficult to find and even harder keep. BYU is fortunate to have strong leaders, solid strategists, and highly successful coaches guiding our teams. It is imperative that we do all we can to make BYU the most attractive choice, for all the right reasons, when other big schools attempt to attract our coaches to their universities.

Coaches Circle was designed to help meet this objective.

Revenue from the Coaches Circle Endowment will help supplement current benefit packages and allow BYU to establish salaries that fairly compensate our outstanding coaches.
