Brigham Young University's intercollegiate program of 10 men's teams and 11 women's teams has become one of the top athletic programs in the country, repeatedly achieving national rankings and recognition. In addition to team excellence, year after year BYU has led in the number of national and conference academic honors.
As a student-athlete, in order to participate in intercollegiate athletics, you must maintain athletic and academic eligibility. Eligibility to participate in athletics is based upon your academic performance as well as on your adherence to a variety of non-academic eligibility regulations. Your coach, the Compliance Office and the Athletic Director work together to ensure adherence to all NCAA and WCC rules and regulations regarding eligibility.
