Come experience an exciting week of championship lacrosse at BYU! Whether you are a beginning, intermediate, advanced or elite player, you will learn sound fundamentals through demonstrations, practice drills and competitions. Under the guidance of BYU head lacrosse coach Matt Schneck, you will learn and improve core fundamentals necessary to be a competitive athlete in women's lacrosse.
The camp combines rigorous lacrosse training from an elite staff with a fun-filled residential experience. The focus will be on teaching skills and concepts of live game situations in order to strengthen players' confidence to make quality decisions on the field.
Advanced players will learn the best techniques in shooting, passing and defending. You will also learn advanced team strategy and how to improve your overall stick skills. Intermediate players will develop the essentials of team strategy and individual player techniques as you play against other competitors of the same skill level. You will also apply the primary mechanics of lacrosse to your own personal technique. Beginners' training will focus on the basic skills of lacrosse to help you form a sound base for the future. Goalies will receive special instruction to improve technique, speed and positioning. The advanced goalie instruction will also include clearing techniques and team leadership skills.

During the BYU lacrosse camp, you will take part in exciting games and a camp tournament. These games will help you gain firsthand experience in team strategies and increase your individual skills. Teams are formed according to participants' age and skill levels.

Open to any individual that meets age requirement.
Participants MUST bring a lacrosse stick and eyewear.
In keeping with current girls' lacrosse regulations, participants MUST bring goggles and mouth guard to camp.
