Lee Johnson played football for BYU where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and was a member of the 1984 National Championship team. Following his college career, he spent 18 seasons in the NFL as a punter while also running his own hedge fund. Lee is married to Shelley Dixon and they are the proud parents of seven children and two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling and doing anything outdoors.
When Lee was hired by the Athletic Department he said, "I love BYU! Everything that is dear to me I found while I was attending school here. When the opportunity came to be a part of this amazing group (Cougar Club), I thought the heavens had opened. Now it is time to get serious and make something great even greater."
