Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of compliance for Football, Softball, Men's and Women's Golf, and Men's and Women's Tennis
• Hired as Director of Compliance in June 2014
• Works with NCAA rules and regulations for all student-athletes, coaches, employees and boosters at BYU

• Served as the assistant director of compliance for the University of Utah, where he primarily oversaw recruiting activities
• Assisted with all waivers, investigations and interpretation requests as well as all other compliance affairs for the student-athletes, coaches and staff
• Also worked to overhaul the nutritional and dining plans offered to student-athletes to better meet their nutritional needs
• Was a compliance intern at American University and assisted with the day-to-day functions of the compliance office
